Solvent field

• Chemical production: dissolve nitrocellulose (manufacture of gunpowder, paint), cellulose acetate (film, spectacle frames), epoxy resin, etc.
• Electronic industry: cleaning circuit boards, removing photoresist, widely used for its high purity (≥99.5%) and no residue.
• Daily chemical products: as the main component of nail polish remover (50%-70%), also used in make-up remover, glue thinner, etc.

Chemicals

• Bisphenol A Synthesis: About 35% of the world's acetone is used for the production of bisphenol A, which in turn is used to make polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins.
