Copper Sulphate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula CuSO4. According to the difference of crystal water, copper sulfate is divided into anhydrous copper sulfate, copper sulfate monohydrate and copper sulfate pentahydrate.

Copper Sulphate is both a fertilizer and a commonly used fungicide. Bordeaux mixture, copper soap solution, and copper ammonium preparations are prepared from copper sulfate, lime milk, soap, and ammonium bicarbonate.

Application of Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate, Copper Sulphate

Widely used in mordant dyeing of cotton and silk, the manufacture of green and blue pigments, used as pesticides, water, fungicides, wood preservatives, leather tanning, copper electroplating, batteries, engraving and manufacturing catalyst. Used extensively for the manufacture of non-ferrous metal industries, mineral processing (flotation) of marine paint industry and other chemical raw materials.
