Full Regulatory Compliance, From Warehouse to Destination
Gnee Bio manages chemical export logistics directly: regulatory compliance, dangerous goods handling and destination-specific documentation. Buyers receive their orders with fewer customs surprises and transport delays.
How We Handle Chemical Export Logistics
Once an order is confirmed, our team takes over the logistics side: arranging transport, preparing documentation, and coordinating with freight partners through to final delivery. Because several of our products are classified as dangerous goods, this is not a generic shipping process. Packaging, labeling and carrier selection follow the specific requirements each product demands.
- Order confirmation: Product, quantity, packaging and trade terms agreed.
- Classification check: Transport class confirmed for each product and shipping mode.
- Packing and labeling: DG-compliant packaging prepared where required.
- Documentation: Export and customs documents prepared in advance.
- Freight booking: Booking with carriers experienced in chemical cargo.
- Delivery coordination: Shipment follow-up through to the destination port.
Packaging & Handling for Dangerous Goods
Products such as DMSO, Dichloromethane, and Trichloroethylene require DG-compliant packaging and labeling for international transport. We prepare the required Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificates where applicable, and work only with carriers experienced in handling classified chemical cargo - reducing the risk of delays, rejections, or damage in transit.
Export Documentation Prepared for Smooth Customs Clearance
Missing or inconsistent paperwork is one of the most common causes of customs delays. Documents for each shipment are prepared in advance and formatted for the destination port's requirements. A typical set includes:
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- COA, MSDS and TDS (see Quality & Safety Compliance)
- Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate, where applicable
- Other documents required by the destination, such as a certificate of origin, on request
Shipping Options
We arrange shipment by FCL container, ISO tank or flexitank, depending on the product and quantity. Trade terms (FOB, CFR or CIF) are confirmed at quotation. For quantities, packaging and lead times, see Chemical Supply Capacity.
Export Destinations
We currently export to more than 15 countries across South America, Africa, and other regions, and are actively expanding into new markets. Staying close to each destination's import requirements means buyers aren't the ones absorbing the learning curve.
